Last summer, I had the incredible opportunity to get on the ground level of a start up app company out of Silicon Valley. One year ago Adjacent Apps launched Call Dibs a mobile marketplace that allows military members, vets, and their families to buy, sell, and trade their goods through the app. Being a Navy Spouse myself, I know first hand the usefulness of this app. We move on average every two years and having to get rid of things pre move, or acquire new things once we get where we’re going, can be a time consuming and costly endeavor.…

This Christmas is my second as a parent, and I’m amazed at how having a child has given me a second chance to experience all the “child-like” magic and wonder of the season. Christmas lights shine a bit brighter, giving makes my heart more full, and spending time with family means something even more special. My dear friend Heather gave birth to this precious little man (at home) several months ago. I was honored to take his first official pics. I look forward to shooting a session with him again soon, they grow way too fast!. His bright baby blues, long eyelashes, and adorable smile melt your heart. Luckily I get to see him at least once a week when his mama and I get together so I can get my Jasper fix! 🙂
