OMGoodness ya’ll, these AH-Maze-Balls Energy Bites are one of our family favorites, and I can’t believe I have not shared the recipe before now. But lately these have become a staple around here (thank you first trimester nausea and inability to stomach meat or much else) I’ve been using these as my afternoon treat to get me over the hunger/nausea hump, satiate my sweet tooth, and give me a little extra kick of fiber and protein. Paleo Coconut Pecan Bars

These amazingly delicious coconut pecan bars replace granola bars in our house. Discovered them when making Mike’s Birthday Paleo Key Lime Pie, which has become a family favorite. • 2 c. Organic pitted dates • 2 c. Raw Pecans • 4 TBSP Raw Honey • 1.5 c. Organic Coconut shavings Place in Food Processor or Vitamin and blitz until the consistency of a nutty paste.
