After trying for over a year to get pregnant with baby #2 and overcoming some setbacks… surgery, health issues, deployment of my spouse, we are now THRILLED that our little one is on the way.
I wanted to share all that went into my prep for this pregnancy, and what I did for my health, and what I’m doing now to stay healthy and strong in this first trimester. From cleanses and prep, to first trimester nutrition and workout plans… I will be sharing it all!!!
