Incorporating Yoga into our daughters life from very early on has been instrumental in our communication and conflict resolution. Two areas that commonly get named the “terrible twos” or “trying threes”.
By taking the time to teach and connect with her on a level which she understands and can assign words with the way she is feeling we have been able to discuss the complexities of emotion and how to handle anger.
