On the Go GRUB…. Clean & Family Friendly

Is it just me or is this summer keeping you on the go and FLYING by?!?

Like most of you we are a family  ON THE GO. In fact today’s video is me getting us geared up to go out on the boat with my little crew, so I threw this guide together to give you a peek into our Grub on the go style 😉 .

I’m sharing my favorite on the go grub that I’m sure to have on hand to make this mamas life a little easier and to feel good about what I’m keeping available for myself and my family.

In just under 2 weeks Mac and I will be departing on a month long adventure to the mainland and hitting up 5 states. So coming soon I’ll share how we’re staying on track on the road. 😉

Always feel free to follow along with our adventures on Snapchat @FitYogiMamaJax and if you are ready to start your journey and want support CONNECT WITH ME, don’t be shy! 🙂
