No Bake Energy Bites

These No Bake Energy Bites are a super simple and tasty crowd pleaser in our home. They were also a “MUST HAVE” when I was pregnant and in my early stages of breastfeeding. Who am I kidding…. I am a year + Postpartum and nursing and STILL LOVE having these on hand.

Do NOT delay in trying these….. You will thank me.

**Remember EVERYTHING in moderation, and know that you can sub in alternate nut butters and raisins or craisins instead of chocolate chips, but really…. who would want to do such a thing 😉**

NO BAKE ENERGY BITES

INGREDIENTS:

• 1/2 cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice (creamy or chunky, your preference. Opt for one with no added sugar)
• 1 Scoop Vegan Chocolate Shakeology (or preferred protein powder)
• 1/3 cup raw honey
• 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or raisins
• 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
• 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
•  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
** You can sub Chocolate, Vanilla, Cafe Latte, or Pumpkin Flavor Protein in this recipe to mix things up)**

DIRECTIONS:

Combine in bowl and mash together in balls with your hands. Place in refrigerator to firm up & ENJOY!!! If you try this recipe I’d love to see your finished product and hear how you like them. Tag me over on IG @fit_yogi_mama_jax or on FB
