Pregnancy Journal & Bump Date: 20 weeks


WE’RE OFFICIALLY 1/2 way there AND… I’m wearing my PINK lei cause IT’S A GIRL!! And little miss is the size of a Banana 🍌 this week!! 🙌🏼 My #20weekspregnant Bump and Baby Update. Hopefully you caught our funny gender reveal video full of mishaps, but we had such fun with it!

New developments…. little one is a kicking machine and I think she’s doing somersaults in there cause WE HAVE MOVEMENT FOLKS 😂😂

I’ve been doing some Lower Impact workouts this week and loving the change up. And my latest daily staple is grapefruit. I can’t seem to get enough of them. Sooooo good…We also 



finally found somewhere to satisfy my crazy craving for seafood Pallea and Chocolate with Churros 😳😳😳😳 And it was every bit as amazing as it sounds. .

With all of these new developments we are also prepping for a really big one. This time next week daddy deploys and won’t return until just before we welcome this little bundle of love.  

I’m optimistic though and so grateful that because I work from home, even though Dad will be away Mac and I will have all this one on one time together before her sister arrives. “Her sister” that still is so crazy to say!!!

Any other expectant mamas out there doing this pregnancy thing solo?

THE BEST LOW IMPACT WORKOUT!!! Especially for them BUNZ HUNZ
#20weekspregnant and today this mama needed something that got my heart rate up but was low impact! This is one of my all time FAVES, and targets my Lower Body 🔥🔥🍑🔥🔥 .

Which let’s be real this expectant mama needs since my core is making room for baby girl 🤰🏼I want to do what I can to keep my lower body toned 🍑 Plus the bigger muscle groups in the legs help you with calorie burning through the day! .

Don’t SHOULD all over yourself!!!
I “should” workout, I “should” eat better, I “should” accept this crazy preggo mamas invitation to join her online wellness challenge I keep seeing pop up in my newsfeed and give myself the gift of feeling better!!! .

Lots of us “should” 💩 all over ourselves and stay stuck with excuses like…. No Time, No Space, No Energy. . .

But here’s the thing that breaks that thought and behavior pattern. JUST DOING IT!! Don’t overthink it!! .

At #20weekspregnant I could conjure up a whole bunch of reasons why I “can’t”, but I have one extraordinarily great one I can… MY SANITY, and because doing something good for my body everyday is not only an investment in ME but also my growing baby girl 🤰🏼and the relationships with those around me. .

Cause let’s me real. Exercise gives you endorphins, endorphins make you happy, and happy people don’t wanna flip out on their hubby or kiddos 😂😂😂 .
