Pregnancy Journal & Bump Date: 15 Weeks

Oh Baby 💞 My little workout partner made some serious gains this past week. #15weeks along and the size of an Apple 🍎



Babies legs are getting longer and mama can tell cause I wake up to tiny little kicks each morning. .



Still working out at a minimum of 6 days a week doing primarily resistance training and some heated yoga (see my blog for deets about safety) .



Getting some of my energy back, and still loving and craving 😳 ALL things Veggies and Fruit #feedme 😂 .

I’ve put on some healthy pounds 🙌🏼 but am still feeling strong 💪🏼 which has been my goal. Our feat this week will be to not succumb to the nasty virus Daddy and Big Sister have had. .




We’ve decided we will find out the gender at our next ultra sound in March before Mike deploys, now just debating if we want to do anything special for a gender reveal? Would you do something fun or have them just tell you right then and there? Any other mama’s out there due in August?!?

Pregnant Plyo 🙌🏼 Truth… Today when the schedule said Plyo 😳 I’m not gonna lie I debated whether or not I could or would do it. .

Then I gave myself a big kick in the ass and made it happen. Honestly best workout I’ve had in weeks and I feel amazing. .

Sometimes you just gotta rally and realize I’m #pregnantnotpowerless and at #15weeks preggars I’m still kicking boot-yay! 😘
