I’m open about the fact that I have overcome an eating disorder, and tackled some other unhealthy habits in my life to get me where I am now.

It’s all been part of my journey and is why I’m so passionate about my role as a health coach and paying forward what I’ve learned to help others do the same.
But what REALLY motivated me to take action? What really got me to the place where there was no going back, and got me to create real lasting change?
