Pregnancy Journal & Bump Date: 31 Weeks

It’s #BUMPday 🙌🏼 (you know instead of “humpday” 😂) .

#31weekspregnant, y’all! Ky is the size of a coconut 😊 AND she & Mama are still kickin’ in every sense of the word!

If you’ve been following along with my adventures, you know this last week was PACKED. As I treated some amazing ladies to a host of island adventures from hiking mountains and waterfalls, to paddleboard yoga, snorkeling, kayaking in the ocean, traveling from one end of the island to the next, and Ky, Mama, and Mac hung in there for ALL OF IT!

I knew I was staying active and healthy throughout this pregnancy for a reason. 😜🙌🏼

And on the heels of that whirlwind, I kicked off my Rockin Your Bump expecting mamas health and fitness group, and am LOVING working with all the mamas-to-be who are excited to commit to having a healthy pregnancy with me. Sharing my workouts, nutrition tips, and more fun pregnancy stuff!

We are better and stronger together, right?! And I LOVE paying forward all the best health, fitness, and mommy tips that have made this pregnancy a complete 180 better and more healthy experience than my first!

We also got word of some REALLY exciting news that is not for sure yet but MIGHT mean Daddy-O will make it back in time from deployment for the arrival of Ky (if she goes full term)!!!

So prayers, positive thoughts, and happy juju our way is much appreciated! I’m optimistic 🤞🏼 plus things will be getting really interesting around here if he doesn’t make it back in time since Mac starts kindergarten the DAY AFTER my due date. 😳

But we keep rolling with the punches.

So far babe is healthy, Mama and big-sister-to-be Mac are up to all our normal shenanigans, and I’m in full-tilt hustle mode to help as many other mamas to have a happy and healthy pregnancy! Life is good! 😘💞

10 MINUTES
10 MINUTES 🖐🏼🤚🏼 TEN!!! Most of us spend at least that scrolling IG or FB, but that’s what this workout took!

I had a packed day today, but of all the excuses I REFUSE to let TIME be one of the one that keeps me at #31weekspregnant from getting in my daily workout. .

Doing something to get my heart rate up and move my body is a non-negotiable . I get asked all the time how to I find the energy, time, & motivation, the answer… .

I DECIDE! I decide to make it a PRIORITY!! MY health is important to me. Feeling good and confident in my own skin is important too, but mostly I want to be a happy, energetic, positive, less stressed version of me so I can show up as a better person, coach, wife, and mama. .

So on the days I’m short on time it’s 10 minutes, but most days it’s 25-40, and that time is an investment in me and the people I love. .

We have to have a compelling enough reason to make prioritizing our health and fitness a MUST instead of a should. .

And once you do that and you TRULY DECIDE then nothing will stop you from making it not something you do sometimes, but a part of who you are!! .

These are he kinda of shifts I focus on helping you make in my wellness group. .

Partner in Crime
I get by with a little help from my “friend”(s) 😊💞 aka my little side kick & partner in crime 👯 .

This is called killing 2 birds with one stone ya’ll 😊💞 .

Mac needed a warm up for gymnastics, and mama needed a quick 20 min sweat sesh/workout! So this is what you call a WIN-WIN!🙌🏼 .
