Pregnancy Journal & Bump Date: 25 Weeks

 
#25weekspregnant BumpDate 🙌🏼 And this pic accurately displays my current existence these days.

I feel completely incapable of eating anything other than light small meals, but also doing high in healthy fats, and feel really good with it!! If you follow my posts I’ve been sharing what a few of my most recent faves are.

Workouts have a new interesting spin. I’ve been having more low back, SI and Round Ligament discomfort, so started using a belly band more for support and doing more low impact work, and sleeping with a 

pillow between my knees, and that is helping A LOT! .

Baby girl is the size of a head of Cauliflower and ACTIVE! Her favorite past time is kicking mamas bladder .

Mac is a CHAMP, between daddy deploying and mama having a little less energy than normal for our usual shenanigans she has truly stepped up, and been my big helper. So blessed to have this child!!

New developments… we finally got an email from Mike!!! #deployedlife 🙌🏼 YEAY!! He can’t share specifics but sounds to be doing well. No word whether he’ll make it home in time for our delivery, but we have some time yet, and I’m optimistic!!

I’ve honestly been enjoying this pregnancy even with the challenges, and both Mike and I have talked about whether or not this will really be the last one.

What was your determining factor for family planning? Did you just “feel” your family was complete and “take care of business after your last one? Or did you leave it up to the Big Guy Upstairs?

Mamas got hops 🙂
Continuing to explore all the ways I can keep moving while adapting to my ever growing bump at #25weekspregnant .

I love using my strength sliders and it turns out this mama still has some “hops” 😂 .

It’s so important to listen to the cues of your body, and adjust as needed. But for me it’s been so much better on the days I’m active and moving. .

Thankful to have over 400+ workouts to choose from my virtual wellness studio when putting together the best options for my customized monthly calendars. .

She’s my REASON NOT my EXCUSE
A great workout made better by having my own personal cheer leader and motivator 😊👯 .
Smooches in between sets is never a bad thing 😘💞 .

I love how her seeing the choices I make on a daily basis to be active and healthy have molded her.

How at 5 yrs old she can explain WHY moving your body is important and can make you “happy”, and how choosing healthy foods can also make your body “happy”. .

For me, my health journey took in a whole new level of importance once I knew I had her little eyes 👀on me ALL THE TIME! .

They model what we do, not just what we say. And I wanted her to see me ENJOY cooking healthy meals, and working out. Not complain about my body, lack of energy, or be self conscious, or have her hear me say that I don’t have time to take care of me. .

She deserves to have positive reference why it’s important to invest in our health, and if she doesn’t get it from me, she most likely won’t get it elsewhere. #BeTheChange .

It’s a downpour ☔️💦here in Hawaii today, but we are bringing our own sunshine☀️& heat to the day 🙌🏼🔥 Cause just before bed last night we FINALLY got to FaceTime with my hubs #deployedlife 🙌🏼 .

Plus today I’m also wrapping up the last day of my Tone Your Tush workout calendar and am so stoked to release May’s challenge!! .
