2. Start UP TOP NOW

Mindset is EVERYTHING!! I recently read (aka listened to the audio book of) Gabby Bernstein called Super Attractor and she shared some AMAZING MORNING Mantras & her morning process which I’ve since adopted as my own!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Super Attractor  or one of the BOOKS ON MY AMAZON FAVES LIST. CLICK HERE to get some of the amazing resources Gabby Shares in her Book (morning mantras, meditations, and more)

Other Great Reads & Resources to jump start your mindset are Podcasts (The Life Coach School, Tony Robbins, Oprah Super Soul Sundays, and coming soon… (My Very OWN 😉 )

Meditation Apps are also fantastic to help you get into a habit of shifting your energy and focus. I really enjoy the Apps: In Sight, Headspace, and Calm, but you can find ones for free on Podcasts Like Chel Hamiltons Mediation Minis.

3. Begin Adding In More Healthy Foods NOW

Adding in the healthful foods for your organs and for the winter season will help you overcome post-holiday fatigue. Below are some foods I recommend for just about every constitution this time of year.

  • Replace heavier root vegetables with steamed greens (collards, mustards). The longer you cook greens in water the more heavy minerals you get.  If you’re trying to increase your minerals for your bone, skin, nails and hair, keep this in mind! Try sprinkling a little vinegar on for a zippy taste!
  • Replace heavier meats with lighter, free-range poultry, and fish. If you’re going more meat-less, try tempeh.  Tempeh is a fermented soy product that provides the protein you crave when you’re cutting back.  You can use it in lots of ways. I like it seasoned and as a meat replacement in tacos, or crumbled up with my eggs.  It has a nice crunch to it that I crave.

I also off 2 Nutrition Courses as part of my wellness studio. MINDFUL NUTRITION & PORTION CONTROL I work with you to figure out which is the best fit and the guide you through putting it all into play, so that it works for your lifestyle.
