For the life of me, I can’t remember where I stumbled upon this AH-mazing tip, but huge thanks to the mama that shared it, and now I hope it also eases some discomfort for your little one too!
We are in the full-on “pre-teething” zone, and already this has proved to be a lifesaver! This is a step by step on how to make Soothing Frozen Camomile & Lavender Tea Washcloths.
STEP 1: Get NEW baby washcloths (if they are bigger ones you, can cut them in half and sew the cut edge).
STEP 2: Steep 2-3 bags of organic herbal (caffeine-free) chamomile & lavender tea in 2-3 cups of hot water. Allow it to cool completely. (I used Traditional Medicinals Organic Chamomile/Lavender Tea.
STEP 3: Soak the washcloths in the cooled tea.
STEP 4: Squeeze out the excess tea, fold in half, and place washcloths in the freezer.
Once frozen, these are amazing for helping to soothe babies throbbing teeth beds with chamomile and lavender!
If you know a mama with a teething or soon-to-be-teething babe, tag them or care by sharing! 😘💞 They will thank you!
