I will be ETERNALLY grateful that my doula recommended Sophia of Sophia & Co Photography to us. Not only did she do an EXCEPTIONAL job capturing our maternity sessions, both family (pictured here) and my Mermaid Maternity Shoot, but also was present for Kyla’s birth, and created a gorgeous Birth Story Video and images from our special day.
My sweet hubby was deployed for much of this pregnancy. So getting to do this special shoot together before Ky came meant the world to us. Sophia knew my hope was to capture the beauty of our island home here on Oahu, and as much beautiful light and flares up on the North Shore at one of my favorite times of day.
I’d say she knocked it out of the park! For these shoots, I had three dresses. The off-the-shoulder button down was from Fillyboo Maternity, the Long-Sleeved Lace Dress I got for $15 on Amazon, and the high-neck split front was from Venus, and I had it altered to add the high slit for my Mermaid Shoot.
