If I can do it #19weekspregnant YOU CAN Doooooooo IT 😂😊🙌🏼, and can I just say THANK GOODNESS for this second trimester energy boost. .Cause workouts like these were definitely not happening in my first. But I have been sure at every step along the way to listen to my body and give it what it needs. .
And today it was calling out for some higher intensity HIIT and Tabata work. .
I truly feel like it’s in the air… something about working out outside helps me to have that little extra Oomph. .
And since all my workouts can go where I do, the Lanai (patio) seemed like an excellent spot! 🙌🏼 .
Now for some yoga and connecting with ladies ready to get started with my next round of my wellness group! .
Spring is nearly here, and summer is right around the corner, as one of my favorite trainers says…. would you rather be covered in sweat now or clothes at the beach later? .

Sunday Funday ended with an awesome sunset paddle session 😊I couldn’t be more thankful for this past week and all the quality time with my little fam bam. .But I’m also really excited for the week ahead and connecting with the amazing ladies I’m mentoring this month, and those doing my March Wellness Challenge!! 🙌🏼. .
I love helping women find ways to live more active and healthy lives. In my experience when you link pleasure, fun, and connection to healthy changes that benefit you, instead of making your wellness and health journey about things you have to “give up” you are far more successful at STICKING WITH IT, and making real lasting change. .
