Hitting the Reset: My Ultimate Reset Recap

I Finished the RESET!!!  … but really this was just the next step in my journey! 


HERE ARE MY RESET GAINS & how it all unfolded.  


Although this transformation may not seem “drastic”, I assure you from the inside out IT WAS. If I could take a pic of how I feel inside it would be awesome-tastic 💃🏼🙌🏼☺️😎💞☀️🤗



I’ve been a believer in this program for years, having done it with my mom before and seeing first hand her cholesterol drop 55 points from 255 to 195 and completely off cholesterol meds. 


But if I’m being honest, I really only committed 1/2 way  my first few times. I would do the 3 weeks but would sneak in cheats here and there.  I mean I ate 85/15 clean as a lifestyle and exercised daily anyway. Did I really need a reboot? 


Well after this past year my answer was obvious…. YES! And this time NO CHEATS. I was 100% dialed in and committed. 


Here’s why I finally knew it was time to do this for me! 


In my BEFORE PIC: I had been traveling for an entire month and had some “other” BIG setbacks that included struggling to get pregnant, and another big set back I share HERE which brought me to a place where I was…

* not sleeping well 👀
* holding on to stubborn (hormonal weight gain)
* had hit a serious plateau doing all my “normal” clean eating and working out & struggling to get up each a.m. without caffeine☕️
* ZERO natural energy💤
* Hitting afternoon slumps HARD😴
* Discouraged by the mounting frustration that we still weren’t able to get pregnant.
* My skin was a hot mess (like a hitting a second puberty)😳

I knew that my body was calling out for a serious reboot.

POST 3 WEEK RESET: After 3 weeks of challenging my mind & body through this detox I am…

* able to get to sleep at 9 (unheard of ) I’m usually an insomniac💤
* Sleep soundly and wake completely rested at 5 a.m. with NO CAFFEINE!😁
* Overcame some serious blocks I had with food and late night grazing. 👍🏼
* Became more mindful of my “snacking” tendencies, and stopped skipping meals.
* Craving fruits 🍓and veggies 🍃like a mother! Fruit tastes like candy to me, and veggies rock my world! I have never loved veggies so much in my life.
* I have more mental clarity throughout the day.
* My skin is brighter, clearer and smoother.
* Also I’m down 4 pounds….and 3.5 inches. (this wasn’t my goal, but a welcomed side effect)
* I feel lighter, more balanced, and HEALTHY.

Whether or not we get preggars (which was one of my driving motivators), I am SOOOOO glad I did this. I definitely had some serious detoxing to do, and I now know that I will be able to move forward in my rebooted HEALTHY body, toning up more quickly and giving myself the BEST chance to reach all my other goals. ðŸ˜‰

I’m putting together my Cleanse Hacks Guide that this next incredible group I’m coaching through this detox will be the recipients of. I am excited to share all that I’ve learned and l’ll the benefits of this process with others, AND make it easier.

Was this Challenging? YES… Worth It? ABSOLUTELY!

So let’s break it down and give you some visuals ( I love visuals) …Below is my kit unboxing and set up for Week 1. I found it helpful to set alerts on my phone to remind me when I needed to take my supplements 30 mins before each meal and eat. (I’m totally one of those forget to eat people ) 


And since I LOVE visuals I wanted to share what each one of my 21 Days looked like. Each of the 21 Days I took pics of every meal. 

That’s a WHOLE LOTTA GRUB. Food prep was essential for my success in this program. 

Because as you can see I was obviously NOT starving 🙂

All and all there were some challenging days. This process definitely provided me an opportunity to confront some of my lingering bad habits and emotional attachments to food, and the biggest piece… I FEEL so much better. That is the piece that makes it all worth it.
